Freedom Bakery is a Scottish artisan bakery which provides training and employment opportunities for people who have recently left prison to try to break the cycle of reoffending.
Freedom was established in 2015 at HMP Low Moss, becoming the first social enterprise to set up business in a Scottish prison.
