Next week Senscot is hosting the first ever Joint Thematic Roundtable meeting which will bring together almost 30 representatives from the Health, Sport, Cultural and Community Food Roundtables. This work is being supported by Scottish Govt Third Sector Division; Scottish Govt Health Directorate; Creative Scotland and sportscotland. As the work of the SENs and Roundtables has evolved both the Govt and ourselves have been aware of the increasing scope for joint working between the respective thematic areas. The intention of the meeting is to explore how these respective thematic areas can work more closely together and, in turn, help social enterprises deliver their services more effectively and productively within their local communities. We’ll give you an update next week.
