A new set of standards for people starting and running social enterprises is under consideration.

The Small Firms Enterprise Development Initiative (SFEDI) has recently produced a new set of standards for people starting and running small businesses and those that support them. Now, in collaboration with the Social Enterprise Coalition, SFEDI is reviewing the National Occupational Standards for Social Enterprise Managers and Business Advisors. Organisation that have yet to provide feedback can do so to the end of August. A final draft will then be produced.

As well as asking about the specific abilities needed in these jobs the following questionnaires also seeks your views on how these fit with the new SFEDI standards.
