Co-Shadowing Pilot - Information Drop In Session 2

Date and Time of Event:  16/11/2021 at 10:30 am

SENScot and Outside the Box are delighted to be developing this Co-Shadowing Project over the coming months. Working with the Improvement Hub, we’re looking to develop a guide for shadowing in pairs, where people learn from each other.

The Community Solutions Event and Reports highlighted that people working in the public and community sector often don’t quite understand each other’s circumstances – what they contribute, the challenges they face and the scope to do things differently. The Project is intended to try and address this gap in understanding.

Come along to this first informal drop-in session to learn more about the Co-Shadowing Project’s flexible approach, how this could benefit you and your organisation and find out how this could be accommodated into your already busy work schedule.

The second session on 16th November is scheduled to be held via Microsoft Teams for participants who are unable to access Zoom.
