This year, S2S will take place in Edinburgh at the Corn Exchange http://www.s2stradefair.com. For the last 3 years, we have taken a stand at the event under the Networks 1st banner and the feedback has been, on the whole, positive. This year Local Social Enterprise Networks, or some of their members, will have the chance to have their own stand in a cluster with Networks 1st and 3 others. If you’re interested in having a stand contact anna@senscot.netEdinburgh SEN member Claire Carpenter contacted us to let us know how The Melting Pot(TMP) is successfully incubating Social Innovation! The three are Andy Ross of New Caledonian Woodlands (http://www.newcaledonianwoodlands.org), Ian Martin and Paul Ralph of With People (www.withpeople.co.uk) and Simon Hackin of Greenworks (Scotland) Limited, an Edinburgh based social enterprise which will provide a commercial wood waste recycling service and retail outlet providing affordable timber for re-use.Network WebsitesAberdeen Social Enterprise Network represents businesses and community and voluntary sector organisations.
