VoiceOver is a social enterprise, started in 2011 by Govan & Craigton Integration Network, a charity working in the south of Glasgow. The aims of VoiceOver is not to make a profit, but to make quality interpreting more widely available in Glasgow.
VoiceOver provides interpreting services that are affordable for all organisations, so that nobody goes without quality interpreting or is dependent on family members or friends to act as interpreters. “Our interpreters are qualified and experienced, and the enterprise is run for the benefit of the community – not for profit.”
VoiceOver is about supporting integration, tackling inequality, and building stronger, united communities. Any and all surplus income generated by this enterprise goes straight back into our community work with Govan & Craigton Integration Network.
