Partick Thistle Charitable Trust gained charitable status in 2011, and carries out numerous community initiatives in a bid to further tighten relationships with locals staying in the Maryhill area.
The purpose of the Trust is to promote to our local community:
* health and well-being
Under the watchful eye of Barry McLelland, Director of Partick Thistle Community Trust, the Trust has gone from strength to strength. The progress and development of participants and the Trust alike has outdone expectations.
Due to the success and popularity of the Trust’s work it now employs nine coaches and works with a number of volunteers. The Trust currently runs programmes in conjunction with a number of partner organisations.
Partick Thistle Community Trust is funded by Robertson’s Trust, Firstport and Glasgow City Council.
