As a charity and social enterprise Lifelink has over 21 years of experience in delivering stress and mental and emotional health and wellbeing services. Its success as an operational service is in its delivery of high quality services which meet the needs of young people and adults who use their service and the collaborative partnership work.

Innovative approaches responsive to the changing environment which people face has allowed Lifelink and its service users and clients to manage their stress and the personal issues which are affecting their mental health and wellbeing, and to deal with life’s challenges.

In doing so, Lifelink seeks to reduce people’s need for illness services, to improve their general health, well-being and quality of life in a lasting way. Lifelink services are free to adults and young people in service areas across Glasgow City.
