Glasgow Wood Recycling

Glasgow Wood Recycling, established in 2006, is an innovative social enterprise, committed to diverting wood waste from landfill and making Glasgow a greener and cleaner city.

The organisation collects wood waste from homes and businesses across the city and finds imaginative ways to recycle and reuse this valuable natural resource. As well as selling reclaimed wood, they make a wide range of garden orientated products including raised beds, planters, tables and benches.

GWR specialises in providing schools and community groups with products to support regeneration initiatives and promote community involvement through a wide range of volunteering opportunities.
