Pauline was CEO of Social Firms Scotland for 12 years, although her work in the social economy spans over 20 years. Following the merger with Senscot, she has been appointed as Director of Social Enterprise Network Scotland. Pauline was involved in co-producing with Scottish Govt, Scotland’s 10 year SE Strategy and has been involved in the Public Procurement Suppliers’ Group since 2008. She is also a member of the Supported Business Advisory Group and contributed to the working group on ‘Closing the Disability Employment Gap’ Action Plan. Pauline is also a founding director of Ready for Business LLP which led on the delivery of the Scottish Govt’s Developing Markets for Third Sector Providers’ programme, where she led on the development of Public Social Partnerships. She has many years’ experience working at a transnational level and has a long standing connection with an EU Social Economy Network. She is a graduate of Glasgow Caledonian University and is passionate about social enterprise & equalities; Partick Thistle, and most of all her family including her 4 grandchildren.
