Due to our current amazing receptionist preparing to move away, we now have a vacancy. We’ve updated the role to be more than just a receptionist, as has become the case with the current post holder.
The Centre Administrator will support the Greyfriars Charteris Centre – a busy Centre for Community – by being a welcoming presence to visitors, taking bookings, supporting activities and undertaking various administrative tasks. They will often be the first port of call for daytime visitors both in person and on the telephone. They will be required to deal with and direct them as necessary.
This is a part time role covering 26 hours per week and is on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.

Greyfriars Charteris Centre
The Greyfriars Charteris Centre is a "Centre for Community" based on the Pleasance in Edinburgh. It has three large halls, two meeting rooms, and numerous offices to be used by local individuals, community groups and businesses. It has a wide range of regular tenants who together form the Charteris Community for mutual support and has a focus on Wellbeing and Enterprise.
