Impact Arts has grown since 1994 from a small business with humble beginnings into a national arts organisation which changes lives through the arts every day. We have demonstrated our success and are now considered one of Scotland’s leading social enterprises. We have excellent relationships with partners as diverse as housing associations, Strathclyde Fire and Rescue, and youth organisations across the country. We work closely with Inspiring Scotland, Scottish Government and many other local and national agencies.

 

Impact Arts is now in a new, exciting stage of its development. The environment we are operating in is full of opportunity and challenge in equal measure. Our goal is to become the world’s leading community arts organisation; we will achieve this by building on our track record for quality, excellence in delivery and innovation.

 

As Chief Executive you will lead our dedicated team to make this happen. With a strong and effective leadership track record, combined with a passion for, and demonstrable understanding of the role of arts in social change and community regeneration, you will take Impact Arts’ values, aims and principles and translate them into action and success. You will also have excellent financial management, marketing, strategic planning and business development skills.
