Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid Course

  • Do you have an interest in your own and other people’s mental health?

  • Do you want to learn new things about a subject that can affect us all?

  • Do you want to understand mental health issues better so you can help yourself and those around you if you need to?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you need to book your place on Scotland’s Mental Health First Aid Course.

On the course you will learn:

★ How to help in a mental health crisis
★ How to ask the right questions to help the person
★ How to listen without judgement and prejudice
★ What issues contribute to problems in mental health
★ How to find and provide relevant information on the help available

The course runs over two days, Wednesday 10th July and Wednesday 17th July 2019. You have to have attended both full days in order to receive your NHS Certified Certificate qualifying you as a Mental Health First Aider.

The cost of the 2 day course is £150, that’s only £75 per day, with a 10% discount for students, charities, social enterprises and services supporting mental health and wellbeing.

MHFA England value their courses at £300 per person, so grab a bargain!
