Moving through uncertain times can cause us lots of stress, anxiety and difficulty. Whether it’s space to think and do, financial pressures, or worries about our health, now more than ever it’s important to come together to explore our own wellbeing and how we can support others. In this interactive session, you’ll be thinking about community, compassion and creativity and how we can move forward with hope.

Ellie Hutchinson is a facilitator and researcher working with individuals and organisations making change. She uses creative participation methods to engage with a variety of groups including young people, survivors of gender based violence, policy makers and practitioners.
