Nikki Gibson: SWURF
Edinburgh-based businesswoman and entrepreneur Nikki Gibson is the founder of SWURF, an innovative work surfing app connecting the displaced workforce with welcoming working spaces in the hospitality sector.   Nikki, also co-owner and Managing Director of Naked Events, a successful bespoke venue agency, has held a series of sales director positions with Principal Hotels and Radisson Blu in Durham.

Giles Ruck: Foundation Scotland
Chief Executive of Foundation Scotland. A leader within the non-profit sector, with expertise in engaging donors with causes and building charity and community capacity. Passionate about ensuring the foundation is impactful and relevant across Scotland communities.

Hazel Jane: Tech Nation 
Hazel Jane is an Entrepreneur Engagement Manager for Tech Nation and is the convener of the Can Do Collective, a collection of entrepreneur support organisations who share the ambition of making Scotland one of the most entrepreneurial societies in the world. Hazel has spent the last four years working with startups, scaleups, governments and stakeholders to support the growth of the Scottish and national entrepreneurial ecosystems. She is also an Interfaith Minister-in-training.
