FREE workshop discussing how understanding wellbeing can impact on the approaches we adopt both personally and at an organisational level.

About this event

Wellness means different things to each individual, and how people understand wellbeing will vary in different contexts. However, when we get all our human needs met in a healthy, balanced way, we can feel emotionally and mentally well.

This interactive 45 minute workshop will look at how different perspectives on wellbeing influence our approach to improving wellbeing at a personal and organisational level.

Being well gives us the ability to reach our personal goals; when our body, mind, and soul are cared for, we are able to pursue and meet our goals with less resistance and feel at our best.

However, these different perspectives and needs can raise challenges when looking to address workplace wellbeing; no one size fits all.

Join the Wellbeing at Work team at The Wee Retreat for a relaxed interactive session; meet other professionals responsible for wellbeing in their workplace in a space that offers the opportunity to discuss different approaches – what works well, or hasn’t worked so well(!), what options are out there, and some of the challenges you face as an organisation.
