Third sector organisations are naturally adaptive, enterprising and resilient. As our operating environment continues to change, third sector leaders have to keep their skills fresh and their motivation high in order to take advantage of new and exciting opportunities.
Join us for a programme that gives you the opportunity to explore your experience and understanding of great leadership, relate your knowledge to know theories and research and practice some new approaches within a learning group of supportive peers.
Delivered over 6 days at the National Park Authority’s HQ in Balloch, the programme splits into three two-day sessions spread over March to May, giving you time to apply your learning in the workplace as the programme progresses.
The scheduled dates are:
Module 1 – 9 & 10 March | Module 2 – 13 & 14 April | Module 3 – 11 & 12 May 2020
*If you are employed in the third sector there is a programme fee of £300 (a subsidised rate). If you are working on a voluntary basis, eg. community group or development trust, the programme is fully funded and there is no fee.
