Chinese Dumpling Making with with Shuxin

Join us (virtually) on Saturday 17th April, 11am-1pm to learn how to make Chinese dumplings from our expert Shuxin Fu.

The dumplings make a great family activity, and are perfect for budding beginner Chefs and the more experienced. At home in China Shuxin recalls everyone joining in the filling and folding of the pastry, why not sign up and get a group involved?

Shuxin will teach you how to make delicious dumplings with just a few simple ingredients. There’s a vegetarian option, as well as a meat/fish option.

When you join our masterclasses, you directly support the work we do with people taking the first steps on their own food journeys. This includes classes on how to cook healthily on a low budget, a flatpack meal service, an outdoor lunch club offering free meals for people to take away as well as doorstep meal deliveries for people with no access to food or funds.
