The Scottish Government has committed to providing additional funding in the form of Pupil Equity Funding (PEF), to schools as part of the Scottish Attainment Challenge programme. This funding is allocated directly to schools and is aimed at closing the poverty related attainment gap. The aim of this open framework agreement is to allow schools to contract compliantly with providers who will be able to support the pupil equity fund.

South Ayrshire Council requires a Day Care Service to be provided to individuals who require a service to assist them to maintain independent lifestyles in the community. Service Users may include, but are not limited to the following;
– Adults and Older people with dementia
– Older people who are frail and/or vulnerable
– Younger people who may be accommodated in instances where the Day Care Services is deemed to be the best feasible option.

Perth & Kinross Council are seeking to invite passenger vehicle Operators to participate in a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) which will be used to procure transport related ‘service contracts’ operated by Public Service Vehicles (PSV) including but not limited to subsidised local bus services, home to school transport, sports conveyance transport and Community Care transport.

The service will be for young people up to the age of 18 where an offence/s has been committed or where the young person is identified as being at risk of becoming involved in offending behaviour. The early and effective intervention (EEI) service provided will adhere to Aberdeenshire GIRFEC processes and practices, where the action planning model is central to success and positive outcomes for young people
