Deaf Links provides a wide range of activities and learning opportunities for Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind people such as computer classes, health information sessions, family history classes, slimming classes, literacy sessions, youth club, craft group, lipreading, dance, lunch club, walking group, employability classes.... the list is endless and new ideas are being put forward all the time.
  • Promote the independence and rights of Deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and deafblind people
  • Provide training across a wide range of deaf subjects to service providers, organisations and communities
  • Provide independent volunteer advocates to make sure deaf people have their voice heard in decisions and services that affect them
  • Provide training, information, advice and support to deaf people and any services deaf people use
  • Develop social enterprise
  • Enhance employment opportunities for deaf people and volunteers

No.23 Cafe: you can enjoy bright, airy and modern surroundings whilst sampling tasty delights, or relax with a cup of coffee in our soft seated area whilst surfing the net! Browse some fascinating pictures of local Deaf History, British Sign Language and artists’ works for sale or learn some basic sign language from friendly and welcoming deaf staff.
Room Hire: Tayside Deaf Hub has many rooms available for hire appropriate for holding events or activities, appointments with a client, private study sessions, exhibitions or workshops.
