The Enterprise Hub Fife is designed to provide enterprising individuals, start-ups with growth aspirations and growing businesses, access to a unique facility which encourages collaboration and networking in state of the art facilities. The role will be to provide reception services and administrative support to plan, co-ordinate and support the delivery of events at the new Hub and to ensure the facility and the services it offers are made available to customers and clients at all times. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with experience of delivering an excellent customer experience. The successful candidates will be expected to undertake a full range of office administration tasks including telephone enquiries, mail receipt and distribution as required. Provide administrative support using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc., to produce correspondence and documents, and maintain presentations, spreadsheets and databases. Provide professional hosting services will be required to ensure meeting spaces are set up to meet the requirement of the customer including the provision of refreshments, ordering lunch etc. The position will also need to work at other sites across Fife so mobility and flexibility are also a prerequisite requirement
