Equal Adventure Developments
Equal Adventure Developments was established by Suresh Paul in response to the growing demand for inclusive facilities and programmes in sport and healthy lifestyles and takes off from where the Adventure Designs team left off. It is our belief that you and your organisation can benefit from true empowerment with all the advantages that it brings. We can also help ensure you are able to adopt diversity and opportunity in a wholehearted and sustainable way.
For many, gaining meaningful access to sport and adventure opportunities is a greater challenge than the activity itself. Whilst committed to equality, mainstream opportunity providers in the outdoors, expeditions and sport are often forced into standard patterns of operation. This means that people with diverse needs are simply excluded. Gaining meaningful access requires taking measures that challenge technical, logistical and human barriers, building on simple good practice.
To provide a wide range of support to providers – from consultation and research to strategy, implementation, mentoring and technical coaching – to enhance the opportunities to pursue adventure sport and active lifestyles available to people with diverse needs.
· Together we will ensure that you and your organisation are able to celebrate diversity and opportunity in a wholehearted and sustainable way
· Help create new opportunities for you and your organisation to involve a wider range of people in your activities and programmes
· Support the development of your facilities to maximise access for all
· Expand your potential in a practical and sustainable manner; ensuring that the best fit for resources is achieved through people centred development.
